Cancellation of Conference Participation^*

Written cancellation of participation in the conference should be submitted to the Conference Office or by e-mail to: dermoskopia@viamedica.pl .

In the event of cancellation, the participant is entitled to a refund of the registration fee less an administrative charge:

• cancellation submitted from the date of payment up to 30 days before the conference — the administrative charge is 10%,
• cancellation submitted from 29 to 15 days before the conference — the administrative charge is 35%,
• cancellation submitted 14 days before the conference — the participant is not entitled to a refund.
