Fees

Fee depending on registration deadline:

► 500 PLN — paid by January 31, 2025

► 700 PLN — paid by March 10, 2025

► 900 PLN — paid by March 21, 2025

Cancellation of participation in the conference:

Written notification of cancellation must be sent to the Organizer's address or by email to: [usunięto adres e-mail] In the event of cancellation, the participant is entitled to a refund of the registration fee minus a handling fee:

► Cancellation reported from the moment of payment up to 30 days before the conference - the handling fee is 10%

► Cancellation reported from 29 to 15 days before the conference - the handling fee is 35%

► Cancellation reported 14 days before the conference - the participant is not entitled to a refund.

*The above conditions do not apply to natural persons who are consumers within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93) as amended on 9 February 2017 (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 459 as amended).

Accompanying event — participation fee: 250 PLN

*Participation in the non-substantive program includes all activities described in the "Non-substantive program" section.
